Getting Started with JunkMail
JunkMail is designed to be intuitive. Whether you are avoiding spam on a one-time signup or automating a QA test suite, the workflow remains simple.
The Core Concept
Unlike traditional email providers (Gmail, Outlook), JunkMail inboxes are ephemeral by default.
- Creation: You generate an address (e.g.,
x9d2k@junkmail.site). - Usage: You use it to receive a verification code or link.
- Destruction: The inbox and its contents are automatically deleted after a set period (TTL).
Your First Steps
Generate an Inbox
Head over to the App Dashboard or use the quick-start button on the homepage to get an address instantly. No password required for public inboxes.
Receive Emails
Keep the tab open. Incoming messages appear in real-time via WebSockets. No page refresh needed.
Secure Your Access (Optional)
Create a Free Account to claim private aliases, extend inbox duration, and set up forwarding rules.
