Create memorable aliases for your temporary addresses

This feature requires the Pro or Business plan.

What is an alias?

An alias is a custom name for your temporary address. Instead of xyz789@junkmail.dev, you can have newsletter@junkmail.dev.

Create an alias

  1. Create a new address
  2. In the "Alias" field, enter your desired alias
  3. Check its availability
  4. Click on "Create"

Alias rules

  • 3 to 30 characters
  • Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
  • Cannot start or end with a hyphen
  • Must be unique

Valid examples

newsletter
my-account-123
test-site

Invalid examples

-newsletter     (starts with a hyphen)
my account      (contains a space)
AB              (too short)

  • Newsletters: newsletter@junkmail.dev
  • Testing: test-app@junkmail.dev
  • Shopping: shopping@junkmail.dev
  • Projects: project-x@junkmail.dev
