Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the JunkMail website and services operated by Leandre ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
JunkMail provides temporary, disposable email addresses ("Trash Mail") and related services (forwarding, custom domains, API access).
WARNING: The Service is designed for temporary use. Emails are deleted automatically after a set period. We do not guarantee the permanent storage of any data. Do not use this service for critical accounts (banking, government, primary social media) where password recovery might be needed later.
2. Public Nature of Service
Unless you are using a protected Premium feature, standard disposable inboxes are public. Anyone who guesses or knows the inbox ID (e.g., test@junkmail.site) can view the emails contained therein. You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy for standard public inboxes.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service (e.g., Custom Domains, Private Inboxes, API Access) are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").
- Payment Processor: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card details.
- Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JunkMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
